Veterans Open - Individual Stableford Rules

Player information

Reception:
Coffee and bacon roll are provided on arrival from 08.15hrs. Registration will open at 08.30hrs – all handicaps will have been updated and checked via the England Golf CDH system the day before the competition. The door entry code for the day will be provided at registration.

Competition Format:
18 Hole individual stableford. Maximum handicap allowance 24. Played in groups of 2s and 3s from the yellow tees. 3 Tee start from 09.30hrs off the 1st, 7th and 13th tees. Please return completed scorecards to the reception desk after play.

Handicap Updates:
Away scores will be sent to the player’s home club via the England Golf CDH system once the competition is closed.

Lunch:
A buffet lunch is available to competitors as they come in from 14.00hrs onwardsw. Please advise us in advance of any special dietary requirements.

Prize presentation:
Competition results and prize giving is expected to take place as soon after the last card is returned at approximately 16.30hrs. Dress code for the prize presentation is jacket & tie.

Prizes awarded:
1st Place overall
Two handicap divisions: 1st, 2nd, 3rd
No competitor may take more than one prize
Nearest the pin 5th & 12th
Longest drive 16th
