Event Reception

Registration will open at 08.00hrs

Coffee and bacon roll available on arrival from 07.45hrs

Competition Format

18 holes foursome round in the morning - Two tee start from 08.54hrs, followed by 12 holes foursome round in the afternoon, two tee start from 14.00hrs. Yellow tees.

Half combined handicap allowance.

START TIMES FOR afternoon ROUND (12 HoleS)

will be PROVIDED on the day.

Catering

Snack lunch is provided after the morning round from 12.45hrs. A two-course meal is available to players after completion of the afternoon round from 17.00hrs.

Prize presentation: due to the uncertainty on the expected guidelines for gatherings inside after 21^st June, we have taken the decision to not have a prize presentation in the clubhouse after play at this year’s event. Full final results will be published to all players online and prize winners will be informed by e-mail. Prizes and vouchers will be sent by post. Dress code in the clubhouse will be smart casual.

 COVID-19 Guidelines

The First Tee and On the Course

• Arrive at the 1^st tee no more than 5 minutes prior to your reserved tee time.
• Social distancing MUST be observed throughout, particularly on tees and greens.
• Bunker rakes have been removed; players are to smooth sand with feet after their shot.
• Flagsticks to remain in the hole and must not be touched.
• Hole cups are modified for simple, contact-free ball retrieval.
• Equipment, food, and drink must not be exchanged between

players and any rubbish must be taken home or placed in the bins provided.

• Players must not pick up another player’s equipment or golf ball.
• Players must refrain from physical contact at all times.

The Clubhouse and Terrace

• A face covering must be worn until you are seated to consume food and drink.
• Please sanitise your hands at the nearest sanitising station.
• The chairs and tables have been set to allow social distancing.
• Please do not move them to form larger groups.
• You will be directed to your table by a member of staff.
• Please move on promptly once you have finished your meal or advised by a member of staff.

Players must call the golf club to report any case of suspected Covid-19 at the earliest possible opportunity.

These guidelines are issued for your safety whilst we manage the Covid-19 Pandemic and are essential to enable the course to be open for play.
