Online Entry for Junior Open - Medal

Format: Medal Qualifying Competition. Played in threes.
Eligibility: For boys and girls who are under the age of 18 on the 1st January 2019. Players must have an active CONGU ‘Competition’ handicap of 28 or less for boys, 36 or less for girls on the date of the competition.
Starting times: Unless otherwise stipulated, tee times will commence at 8.30am. Starting times and associated player information will be circulated via e-mail in advance of the competition date and will be available from the 1st August 2019. If you prefer to receive your starting times by post please provide a stamped address envelope.
Entries: Entry into the Junior Open can be made ONLINE, or by completing the enclosed entry form and returning to ‘Opens co-ordinator, Brokenhurst, Manor Golf Club, Sway Road, Brockenhurst, Hampshire, SO42 7SG’. The entry fee for this event is £23 (includes competition entry and lunch after play). Please make cheques payable to ‘Brokenhurst Manor Golf Club’. Entries are accepted on a first come first served basis.
Parental consent: Please ensure that your entry form is returned with the enclosed parental consent form. Please note that we are unable to accept any entry that is not accompanied by this form.
Closing Date: 18th July 2019
Cancellations: We regret that no refunds will be given if a cancellation is made after 18th July 2019.
Local rules: Applicable local rules are as printed on the scorecard provided on the day. Any additions or changes to these local rules will be notified to you on the day of the competition.
Results/prize presentation: The results/prize presentation will be presented as soon after the last card has been returned. In the event of a tie, a decision will be made on count-back.
Committee: This competition is organised by the Competition Committee of Brokenhurst Manor Golf Club who will rule on any disputes that may arise and their decision shall be final. Please note the terms and conditions for players booking into the Brokenhurst Manor Golf Club Open Competitions using the Club's Internet booking facility. When making a payment you will be transferred to an externally authorised online merchant’s secure site. You will then be asked to enter your credit card details on this secured page. Following the transaction, monies will be paid to Brokenhurst Manor Golf Club Ltd, Payment:To enter the desired Open Competition you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. This is done by selecting which Open competition you wish to enter, and then comleting the necessary player details. All payments will be taken at the time the booking is made. Therefore if you are unable to compete on the day in question your tee time for the competition may be offered by you to friends or family providing their golfing ability meets the criteria as defined for that particular competition. This information must be notified to the office when the change is made before the day of the competition. The Club's cancellation policy is as stated on the competition entry forms : You can cancel your booking on the website by calling the office on 01590 623332(option 3). Course Closed or Competition Cancelled: If the competition is cancelled at least one day prior to the scheduled date for the competition you will be issued a full refund. If the competition is cancelled or abandoned on the scheduled date you may be entitled to a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances. Handicaps: Competitions are open to all players who have a recognised CONGU handicap, with limits as defined on the entry form for any given competition. Dress Code: Visitors are politely reminded to conform to the club's dress rules as defined on the Club's website.
This competition requires that fees be paid to complete entry. If the payment process is not completed, your entry may be removed.
